This tutorial will help you get started with your mobile parking experience. Click the [»] button below movie to start the tutorial or [X] to close this window.
Step 1: Park your car
To start your parking session, call with your cellphone to the phone number, published in the parking lot. Depending on parking type, you will be asked for your parking space and/or parking zone number. When prompted to do so, please enter the numeric digits only! Example: Space/zone A123 should be entered as 123.
Please note that parking zones and places are assigned by each city, private parking garage, or parking facility individually. You will find the zone codes on a data sheet accessible to you via web upon completion of registration.
Step 2: Parking started confirmation
After Your call you will receive a text confirmation message stating that your parking session has started:
Step 3: Is this your first parking session?
During your first parking session, which is free, you'll receive a welcome text message with your unique user name and password. With those credentials you can log into the ParkNOW! system and register yourself as a customer. Via the website you can access all your parking reports and data.
Step 4: End parking
To end your parking, simply call to same number, published in parking lot and follow instructions:
Step 5: Parking terminated confirmation
When your parking session has ended, you will receive a parking terminated text confirmation message, along with the time parking ended, the estimated cost of the parking session, and the account balance.

Step 6: Log in
You may log in, using your username and password received at www.goparknow.com and view your parking history, or register yourself as a ParkNOW! customer.
If you have forgotten your user name and/or password, simply call again to 518 304-1151 using your cell phone and request your user name and password by entering 0, followed by the # key.
Step 7: Registration
If you have not used our Mobile Parking before, then click on the registration link on the ParkNOW! home page and complete the registration form.
After registration you will be able to access your parking reports and make payments to replenish your mobile parking account.
As additional features, you may start and stop yopur parking via the web.
